No product is 100 percent perfect. A customers might need to contact the design and manufacturing teams for numerous reasons. There are always some flaws, defects or shortfalls waiting to happen during the design process or other different stages of manufacturing, packaging or shipping that might cause a product to underperform or not just fully meet the expectations of the designer or the customers. Sometimes it is a just simply a technical question about the product application or function. Sometimes it might be a feature that could have been there and is currently missing.
